If there is any problem with the artwork you have received, please contact us immediately. You can return our items within 14 calendar days upon receipt free of charge. To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged or defective. Please contact us and we will assist you with the procedure and send you back a new package.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
What should I do when a product is defective?
- You can return the the defective products within 14 calendar days upon receipt, free of charge. Email us on email@example.com with the pictures of the defective product. If the productive being defective is approved, it is not necessary to send back the product. We can either send you another product or refund your money.
- If your product is not defective but you're not satisfied with the product for any other reason, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org, with the exact reason of your dissatisfaction. We try our best to satisfy you needs and expectations, however, we cannot promise a free return.
- We answer your questions within 48 hours upon receiving your email.
- You have 14 calendar days upon receiving the product.
- Email us on email@example.com with your reasons of return. We cannot promise a return, however we try our best to find a solution and satisfy your expectations.
- If the product is proven to be defective, it is not necessary to return it. We will either send you new product or refund your money.
- For other cases, we will find a solution together, which satisfy you.
- For all defective products, we will refund your money within 2 weeks.
