Nima studied architecture and earned his master of architecture in 1997. After working as an architect for 16 years, he turned his attention to photography and studied photography at the school of visual arts in New York city.
His work and experience as an architect and his endless strolls as a photographer have brought him to seek creative ways to combine them. As an architect-photographer, he has learned ways to combine the following elements: light, form, ambiance, beauty, accessories– and all this while capturing. Through this process, he is able to create his own art.
He lived in Tehran, Budapest and Paris. Currently, he is residing in New York city and is working as a photographer.
