Gilles studied interior design at the School of Fine Arts of Toulouse, France. He started his career as an interior designer for almost 11 years. In 1998, he radically changed orientation to become a photographer. It’s at first by means of the interactive panorama that his photographic production was recognized, with numerous reports made for online newspapers. Since a few years he focuses more on personal researches, through photos “volées”, portraits, photos of human or animal bodies.
The light, the contrasts, the materials, the composition of the image are essential in his work, resolutely skinned and very graphic.
